4.2 - Specific conditions related to information about the booked activity, excursion, and/or guided tour.
The duration and all information necessary for enjoying the booked activity, excursion, and/or guided tour are detailed in the description of each service. The meeting point, date, and time the bus will be available, with a margin of plus/minus 10 minutes, will be provided on the website and in the confirmation email sent by Connektour Chaves Destinos SLU after the booking is made. In the confirmation email, in addition to providing all the information about the booked service, Connektour Chaves Destinos SLU will provide the User with a voucher or coupon for the booked service. The User must present this voucher to the bus or minibus guide or driver before the activity begins.

Connektour Chaves Destinos SLU will not assume any responsibility if the User does not present the voucher to the guide/driver or in activities where it is mandatory to carry a passport or identity card, and the User does not have it on him/her.
There are no refunds in the event of adverse weather conditions, unless a specific weather alert is issued.
IMPORTANT Cancellation for the Granada Alhambra and Seville and its Charms excursion: Once the booking is confirmed, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total paid per person will be applied, as each ticket is nominative and non-refundable, even with a medical certificate. You can cancel your booking before the scheduled date, and the fixed fee of 30% will be applied, in addition to the percentages specified in points 2, 3, 4, and 5 according to the cancellation policy.
The user agrees to use all information and content accessed through the website lawfully, diligently, honestly, and correctly, in good faith and in compliance at all times with applicable laws and these terms and conditions of use. In particular, but not limited to, users must not provide information that is not true, accurate, complete, and/or up-to-date, or access the website using another user's name, login credentials, or password, or impersonate another person or identity.
